Oh God, this is easy.
1) Wii Menu - Incredibly easy access to games, minimalist, if you need to tweak any settings there's the Wii Menu button, and if you have VC games on an SD card there's the SD card menu. The Wii is helped from the fact that you can't really play video/audio content on it, and that it's not as advanced as the other systems. As such, they don't have to stuff it with as much content as the other systems. Customizing your layout is another huge benefit for the Wii.
2) XMB - It's fast, and it's incredibly user friendly. Much like the Wii Menu, my girlfriend picked up the XMB immediately with no problems whatsoever, she was able to access music, video, and game content without ever having to learn to navigate. The XMB is straightforward with its categories, only a moron can't figure out that Settings is for settings, Photo is for pictures, Music is for music, Video is for video, Game is for games, and Friends is for friends. Also like the Wii Menu, it has a minimalist design, which makes it aesthetically pleasing.
3) NXE - NXE takes a distant, DISTANT last place. It is not user friendly in any way, in fact it's the only menu that I've ever felt lost on until I grew used to it, and I still forget where stuff is sometimes. I may not own a 360, but when I pick up an interface I shouldn't be wondering where the fuck everything is. The categories are all over the place and their descriptions are too ambiguous: Spotlight, three different Marketplaces, My Xbox, Inside Xbox, My Community, Friends, etc.
Okay, so wtf is the difference between My Community and Friends? I consider friends a part of my community, but are some friend interactions limited to the My Community tab or something? Inside Xbox and My Xbox: what's the difference? Do I customize my 360 in Inside Xbox because that sounds like it might be a settings group, or do I do it in My Xbox because... well, it's my Xbox? Yes, I know there are differences, but the thing is, upon first glance it's hard to know where everything is. I had a hard time figuring out how the hell to start up a disc game the first time I played a 360, how to check achievements, how to start a downloaded game, and how to change some video settings. There is no way it's as straightforward as the Wii or the PS3.
And don't even get me started on the cluttered appearance of the 360. Sorry, I'm a minimalist, I really don't like how busy the NXE is, it's gaudy and hideous.
