that is a mod chip..a modification chip is what?
you cannot say just because the Mod chip is very simple in it's function that it's not a mod chip!
the blunt truth is Geohot used a physical modification chip to with software to break the security and encryption of a part of the PS3.
End of story man. it is a Mod chip.
