I don't think the PS3 will be officially supported by Filipinos, until it becomes widely accessible to pirates. When I was in the Philippines 2 years ago, that's all I saw, pirated games.
Nevertheless, I will consider signing your petition. I am not 100% on that though. The last time I took part in one of your campaigns for a cause, I was slapped upside my head by trashleg. One way to truley get me to sign your petition, is if you can show me a picture of a little monkey from the Philippines sucking on a Filipino guy's nipple. o_O
