Also, this doesn't even adress the problem that your hurting the women who are forced to wear Buqkas.
Ok, so you ban the Burqa... what then? The women who chose to wear Burqas don't anymore. The women who are forced to wear them... are still forced to wear them. What happens the laws punish them, the victims. Not those who force them to wear Burqas. Or even worse... the men simply forbid the women from ever leaving their homes. Yeah, those women are really helped by this.
