I was traveling straight down a road with a 45MPH speed limit at the speed limit, and the other guy turned in front of me causing me to have to slam on my breaks so I wouldn't hit him (he made a right hand turn from a side road into my lane of travel). Hence I was cut off. I got mad (which was my mistake) cause he could have easily waited a few extra seconds and pull out behind me.

There is also what postofficebuddy said, but that isn't quite the same, as you typically dont have to slam your breaks to prevent an accident.

(as a note, you never really "slam" on your breaks while riding a motorcycle as that would cause your wheels to lock up, but those are minor details )
