Devil May Cry 2, Resident Evil 5 and Final Fantasy XIII are one of the worst sequels I have ever played. Devil May Cry 2 was just plain awful, but Resident Evil 5 is a bad action game that hardly resembles Resident Evil series. Final Fantasy XIII as well as DMC2 and re5 had amazing prequels, yet somehow the developers managed to forget what was so great about the previous installment and came up with, well, what they came up with.
Still, I've got to go with Modern Warfare 2.
Modern Warfare 2 has worse campaign than the first, I would have been OK with that, but then they went and ruined the multiplayer, BIG TIME. What they did to PC-version's multiplayer is unforgivable. I can't believe people put up with stuff like that.
