some info bout the two:-
Tyrannosaurus
Length: 40-47 feet
Height: 14-16 feet
Weight: 7-9 tons
Jaw power: 4000 psi
Arms: Likely useless as weapons.
Brain: Relatively large, likely of the same capacity of birds of prey such as owls, falcons, hawks, and eagles.
Weaknesses: neck and legs.
Diet: Mostly dead animals, although when carcasses are unavailable, it is fully capable of taking on large Dinosaurs.
Spinosaurus
Length: 52-60 feet
Height: 17-19 feet
Weight: 9-12 tons
Jaw power: 1000 psi
Arms: Long, useful for slashing and grabbing.
Brain: Small, unintelligent.
Weaknesses: neck, head, and sail/hump
Diet: Mostly fish and dead animals, some other Dinosaurs.
It's like a cougar vs. a grizzly bear. A smaller apex predator vs. a bigger fish eater. As you can see, Spinosaurus has the size advantage. But Tyrannosaurus had superior jaw power and intelligence. Both Dinosaurs had lots of blubber and muscles protecting their vital organs. If T.Rex could get his/her jaws around the Spinosaurus's neck, it's over. Also, The Spinosaurus's sail likely supported a vital organ of some kind, possibly a hump. So T.Rex could do damage there to. Spinosaurus, however, could probably severe an artery with his/her claws. And T.Rex was so top-heavy, if it tripped or fell it could die. But to get to the legs the Spinosaurus would have to get within range of T.Rex's jaws. And T.Rex was smarter, and probably able to better recognize these weaknesses. I think that if the T.Rex could get his/her jaws around the Spinosaurus's neck in the beginning it'd end right then and there. If not, I'd say T.Rex has about a 70% chance of winning. Why? Because, the Spinosaurus's sail/hump is large and protruding off it's body. I have no doubt that the T.Rex could have reached it. If the T.Rex got to the sail/hump, the Spinosaurus would likely die of either blood loss or an infection (rotten meat in between the T.Rex's teeth mave have acted as a biological weapon). So, in conclusion, I believe T.Rex would most likely have emerged victorious. Smart people put their money on T.Rex. But smarter people realize that it doesn't really matter.

Tyrannosaurs Rex has one of the most powerful bites in history the most powerful is Megalodon a giant prehistoric Shark...So grabbing the neck or leg with a bite would be fatal...NowSpino can grab the neck obviouly Rex would struggle and spino would brake his teeth due to the fact there hollow and like crocidiles...Rex can ram thing with its head which is as hard as steel and can ram spino possibly braking a rib,or even knocking spino down and braking its fragile spine on its back which would be painful and possibly fatal.Thats why spino is fragile and must be carful and thats a reason why it eats jumbo sized fish...Spino may have size and claws which I should menion that they supposivly can go right threw a car!!!Though I think they were more for fishing or to fend of dinosaur like trex or to make it more realistic Charcaradontasaurus...And even so in jp3 they showed him cracking rexs neck...Spinos arms could not do that and are not ment to go braking dinos necks...And another thing spino does not have a complete skeleton and doesnt even have many bones that would say it could grow 60ft long and way 9tons...Ive aasked paleontologist that I know on facebook...and most of them say that there is no way it could weigh or be that big....They think it a bit bigger than Giganotasaurus and way 5-6 ton.....Now dont get me wrong Spino does have some advantages over rex like the claws could slash the neck...and Spino could probebly be better if it was in a body of water...Trex though had binocular vision and could pin point where to hit and follow escapin prey better than most large carnivores..It also has a bacterial bite so it would leave the victim if it survived with bacterial poisoning and it would die soon after depending on how big the victom is...now I have met a lot of noobs that spino is going to be doing the rammin or it bigger and its going to sit on rex..ok rex is way more bulit for rammin than spino and say it does way 9 tons and 60ft long..The saying goes the bigger you are the harder you fall...9 tons of Pressure from being knocked over would kill spino and same with rex...but its unlikily that that spino would or could knock over rex.
