Yes it will, What you guys are forgetting is it will be getting another holiday boost. The new COD wont take much sales away from MW2 either if the same trends are still appealing, even though CoD4 was older it still outsold CoD5. Infinity Ward is just a more liked company by the public in my opinion, or the whole "modern era" of war is more appealing rather then the historical type of war.
Either way Modern Warfare 2 WILL reach 10 million units sold on PS3. It hasn't even been half a year and already it's at 7.5 million units sold. With weekly numbers about 80k.
