Selling Yu-Gi-Oh cards online, need help

Ok so I want to sell my collection of Yu-Gi-Oh cards online, while I haven't fully sorted them out yet, theirs about 500, mosti n good, near mint condition including some very rare and powerful cards.

Is their anything I should know if I want to get the most back for this collection? 

I will post the ENTIRE collection I have on here so you can get a better sense of what it might be worth, as soon I look through it.
