Halo: Reach- A combination of Gears and Call of duty?

I hope it's a combination of Halo and Halo (preferably 2 and 3).

I don't care for Gears or Call of Duty all that much and if Bungie changes the Halo formula to better match those games, I will certainly be disappointed.
