Which you prefer PS3 Trophies or 360 Achivements

I don't mind either, but I'm the type of gamer who doesn't really bother about level ups, beacuse I have better things to do than playing games all the time.
Both achievements and trophies allows the consumer to spend more time with the game, grow with it, and eventually love the game.
