Its something I've been thinking of sporadically over the past few months and I've come to the conclusion that the only person Death Noting would benefit lots and lots of people would be Kim Jong Il. Nobody can deny that North Korea and yes, the world, would be better off without him. Maybe his son would suceed him.. but maybe he could be Death Noted as well.
I would have done it to George W. Bush and Dick Cheney to stop the Iraq War but now that's pretty much done, there is no need.
Other than that.. Nobody else comes to mind. Osama bin Laden maybe?
