First off what is that supossed to mean?!?! Second how do you explain how PS1 and 2 dominated in america, and how the Wii is dominating now? or how Toyota is the one of the most popular vehicles in the USA. And there are plenty more examples like that. Americans buy whatever is the best, not whatever is strictly American made. |
To Jed ur right i agree with ur statement and i live in the US and at yo_john i can explain for u .... When the PS1 and PS2 came out there was no hardware company that was in the US that made a game system like SONY, NINTENDO, and SEGA. and then when the X-box came out it was the only console that was from America, and look at the sales for it the vast Majority came from America. And by the time the XBOX came out the PS2 was 20 million units ahead of it. So if the only sales of the xbox were in america then yea i would say that americans buy it because it is an american product.
Oh and Toyota is the Best selling car manufacturer in america .... cant find the link for this but im a 100% sure of this. And all the toyotas that are sold in america are made in america by americans.
And no Americans mostly try and buy ameerican products because that appearently helps boost our economy.
but nice point that was brought up. :)
