It's for this fiscal year only. Their original target was 16.5 million units total by March 31, 2008. Then they revised it by changing their definition of 'shipped units' to actually mean 'shipped units' which down revised their final number to 14.6 million units total. That's where they sit now.
They have no hope of hitting that number. After the holiday season sales will drag for a while again.
