Something else to note here. If you purchase content for the console through "account A" then anyone on that console can use the content. If you for some reason need to replace or get a new HDD, then the DRM works a bit differently. In that case, you would have to recover your data, and thus the only way any user on the console would be able to play content is if the user (account a), who originally downloaded the item, was also signed in.
