I have stated in the very first post of mine this is a user license agreement.  And i believe this type of agreement that comes with the product you purchase and cannot see before you buy is referred to a shrink-wrap license and is legally binding but depends on jurisdiction, but most can be enforced.

And if they decide to take you to court or press charges i am sure they are not going to let your ps3 acompany you to the yard. What ese are you expecting them to take from you besides your warranty and psn accses?

Well they seem to be taking away the ability to use Linux, but apparently they can't even find a nice cover for that. I expect that the people who aren't smart enough to circumvent it but not stupid enough to just take it up the ass will file a lawsuit and probably win.

we shall see.
