demons souls >>>>>> mass effect any day of the week
again this is my opinion but i could probably write for an hour why i think demons souls is probably my favorite game this gen people are still playing it on my list , its crazy innovative much more than mass effect will ever be and the combat is overly more rewarding plus online integrated within the single player experience, endless leveling , pvp and coop massive insanely hard bosses to me the only rpg in my mind that comes close is neverwinter nights.
demons souls is a real gamers game , mass effect is a great game but very streamlined
