Oh, I very much do. However the victims also have the right to imprison me. However, as far as what I can do with the PS3, as far as sony is concerned, is anything.

I think you need to brush up on legalities a little more. Just because you CAN do that doesn't mean you have the right to. I CAN go out and rape my once consenting ex girlfriend but is it my right to do it? FUCK NO! And actually if Sony gave you the tools and means to break the law and didn't protect themselves in some cases they could be tied to illegal activities and punished. Ex: Gun manufacturers being charged with murder because their gun was used. Yes, this most likely wont hold up in court but it has been attempted and only reason it isn't held up in court is because firearms are protected in the constitution and its really a grey area when it comes to that kind of stuff. Ex: Tabacco companies being sued because their product killed someone... It has been attempted.

See that's what I call a shitty analogy. What exactly is the hardware that you are using in said felony? See, when I buy a knife, I can do whatever I want with it. I have the right to keep it, use it, and to make it laser sharp. If I want to use it to stab people, then people should stop me, and not the knife, from stabbing someone. If you don't understand this analogy with the simplests of hardware then I won't bother arguing with you because the rock outside will see more reason.

I also don't even see how you can bring up a point, defeat it completely in the next sentence, and still think it's a point in your case.
