Yep, that's true ambidexterity. VERY few people are actually ambidextrous.
For example, I'm a lefty but I do several things right-handed or with either hand at differing skill levels. That doesn't make me ambidextrous, it just means I'm adaptable (ie. a lefty living in a righty world).
