It probably takes some getting used to. Of course, the head tracking exaggerates your movement, so if rotate your head 20 degrees to the right, the game will rotate your POV 60 degrees to the right or something. The PC has had head tracking for a bunch of games with TrackIR. I've never used it, but I've heard that it's awesome once you get used to it.
