"I got it, an attack that hits all of the party, does about 18,000 damage to every member, its also a very fast attack with little build up time, it removes friendly buffs on the party and casts Daze so they canot do anything immediatly after it hits!"

"Too weak!"

"Oh, then lets make it spammable and allow Ultima to be cast directly afterwards, so when Daze lands it a 100% kill ultima afterwards"

thats EXACTLY how to happened no doubt about it :)
