look While i understand why you are upset, you also have to understand that just because a software feature can be removed does not mean it could not come back.

so keep doing what your doing and the playstation blog now has a new feature, you may want to use it:

tell them you want it back in. while your at it tell them that the slim need's it also. and that

the Playstation 3 need linux on a Live Boot disc.

if your that upset you may want to give Sony some ideas on how to stop this exploit that is prone to incite piracy, so if you want to help give them some pointer's over at Sony please doso that's what the blog share is for. If you don't think you should have too, than that's fine also but also Sony on the other hand does not think they should have to deal with exploit's that make it even easier for pirates to pirate their playstation 3 software.
