A hundred bucks you don't even use Linux on your PS3, but whenever a news article comes out about the PS3 being hacked, you make a thread about it.
Sony can remove PSN this very second if they really wanted to, and there wouldn't be much you, I, or anyone else can do about it. And your post about someone taking it to court already? What a joke, he's going to lose, I can 100% guarantee it.
Like I said, looking at your post/thread history, chances are you don't care about Linux on the PS3, you just want to see the PS3 get hacked.
Maybe YOU should go read over the EULA and ToS again.
