So he walks in a normal store, buy the thing and has the same chance as everyone else to get it, and he is bad?

I would say, people who buy over retail price are willing to pay that so they don't have to look and ask the store when shipments come and get up early to be the first one. The way I see it, they give him money to do that for them. Its a fair and nice deal, both parties agree on the price, and I don't understand what everyones problem is with that.
