Yahtzee pretty much dislikes everything, so I find his rantings to be rather humorous (his Demon's Souls review made me LOL so much because he admitted that the game PWNED him )

Also, he despises JRPGs in general too xD

I loled at that part, especially since he brought up FFVI as his favourite FF, so the irony was strong on this review XD.

The heroine of the entire first part of FFVI is an amnesic heroine XD

And didn't FF6 have a turn based battle system too (ATB)

I really didn't get his whining about that.

And his FF7 hate was ridiculous.

Nahhh, he hates everything JRPG, FF being the most popular synonim of JRPG only makes him hate it more :P 

Yup, every FF from FFIV to FFIX has had the ATB system. Alas, most JRPGs imported that same system to their games as well. 

Also, it's not like all WRPGs are instant action frenzy like he makes it out to be XD
It seems that for most people, WRPGs only started this gen, and that games like Baldur's Gate, Fallout, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights and so on never existed :P
