The lag is huge and the lack of controller means it'll lack feedback too. As Kevin Butler puts it so well, buttons are needed for evrything except games involving a big red ball. ;)

Sony move or the Wiimote / nunchuk combo makes a lot more sense in my opinion and they have a lot more potential for games.

You know that fighting game Sony are showing in all their ads? Yeah you could do that on Natal, without having to get two controllers. So yeah buttons aren't always needed

Do you honestly think MS would invest a lot of money in this if they didn't have some software ideas? Not to say they will be good but honestly I'd be shocked if there wasn't at least one game that had at the very least a brilliant concept,
