Is the Free Blu Ray Movie deal still active?

So it turns out that the PS3 I recently bought on the cheap is quite new and still unregistered, and I have the receipt, so I SHOULD be able to claim free Blu Ray movies if that deal is still active. So my questions are:

1) Is that deal still active?

2) If so, where do I go to claim them?
