I would imagine they havent deported him because he may be killed in his home country.
while I think rape should carry a long sentence, I dont agree with giving someone the death penalty, either by killing them here or sending them overseas to certain death.

So your telling me your care about the well being of a rapist? which baring in mind is a "vile crime" Send him home for god sake. That attitude is why this country is going down hill, its getting way too soft and criminals have way to many rights.

on rape, I agree, we are too soft, the sentences should be longer imo
I think this country would be alot further down hill (more like at the bottom in a muddy ditch) if we started killing these people or sending them to die.
