Making a character in the Marvel Superheros game? You could kill people by giving them Skin Cancer. Or just really cook someone by really intensifying the light... the heat I think would follow the light. Blind people by keeping all light from entering their lives.... or freezing them. Give people seizures by flashing light repeatidly at super fast speeds.
