Sony's Removal of "Other OS" May Be Against EU Law

Guys, if the EULA and ToS break trade laws, then it doesn't matter whether or not the user agreed to them, they cannot be acted upon. I don't know if it breaks trade law in the EU or not, but if it does then Sony's ass may be in hot water.
