I still have yet to see how Sony broke the law. They covered their bases with the EULA and the ToS. Its not their fault that people were ignorant and did not read them. I dont see any of these lawsuits doing anything or anyone getting anything out of it.
I still dont know why you refuse to see that what they wrote in the EULA or ToS is all they need to justiy what they did.
