You'll need to grind a bit in order to end chapter 11. Probably you could end it with 2K HP, but seeing that you're getting tired of the game, that would frustate you more.

3.5K HP for your party is a reasonable goal to end chapter 11. 

Chapter 12 will require you to end somewhere in between of 5K - 6K

Chapter 13 will have you hit 7.5K Strength estimates for Fang only; 1.6 - 2.0K

Those are pretty much the stats that I remember thus far. 

ugh really? i feel like thatll take forever. its like 4-8000 for each crystarium and enemies only give like 1k for each fight. ughhh

There are two grinding spots. First one is on Archlyte Steppe, there's a lone behemoth king there that you can pre-empt and kill easily for 4K CP.
Also still on the Archlyte Steppe, near the north/west exit, there is also another behemoth king that you can pre-empt, plus there's a fight between a Megastotherion and a Behemoth King that you can pre-empt and kill both enemies for 6.6K CP.

Second grinding spot is on the next area, Mah'Habara. There's a room with 6 bomb type of enemies that can be killed in 20 seconds for 7.8K CP
