Metro 2033 is pretty solid. The new Splinter cell comes out in a couple of weeks, you can check out the demo right now. Fable 2 is also game you need check out...there's nothing quite like it. And finally Left 4 Dead 1 or 2, they are one of the best online co-op experiences around.
