the next portable playstation will be I think a PSPphone
with more investment into 1st party PSP game's like they are doing with the PS3.
a PSP smartphone would do pretty well and thus avoid the DS market and concentrate on the smartphone market with a dedicated smartphone game machine.
with Exclusives only to that smartphone.
