F1 is underway this season. Lets be honest the first race was pretty straight forward. Everyone seemed to be tippytoeing around, getting used to all the new rules and regs. Testing the tyres and trying ever so hard to get cool air into the engines. Bahrain is just too hot.

But thankfully Australia proved an amazing race to remeber. How often does the best driver of the day not get on the podium? Hardly ever. So much action was in this race, side by side stuff. What a season we are in for.

Bahrain - winner Alonso, 2nd Massa, 3rd Hamilton - Standard usual Bahrain boringness. Driver of the day = Alonso. His move on Massa near the beginning was the only real move made with any significance. Sealed the win along with Vettels troubles.

Move of the race =

Alonso on Massa.

Australia - winner Button, 2nd  Kubica, 3rd Massa. Fantastic race. Probabaly Melbournes finest. Driver of the Day = Hamilton. He desrved so much fromthis GP. A poor call for a 2nd pitstop by the team cost Lewis 2nd or ven possibly 1st. Overook Massa twice, Rosberg around the outside of turn 11 and Webber and Button also. Without a doubt couldve had Kubioca and looked likely to have Alonso with 2 laps to go until Webber was caught out and ploughed into him from behind.

Move of the race =

Lewis on Webber and Massa. Webber runs wide letting Massa through on Lewis. However Lewis quickly got him a couple of laps later.
