Oh my, MS DID IT!!! It managed to port vulnerabilities to XBox 360 too! Now the user experience is complete, envy towards Windows users won't bug XB users anymore! 
About the identity of that guy, I wouldn't be surprised if the presumed guilty didn't know anything about all this and the real hacker just hacked his net identity too to do what he did.
