a giant part of MPC that is hidden underground, The Clan of PC. WE shall one day rise to the surface to claim all the lands, it is in our underground lairs that we delve into scientific and technical power beyond the imaginings of the other empires, we scared them when we announced our new weapon prototype codenamed "crysis". Despite being stolen by many citizens above, it has instilled fear and recognition back into our great clan!
