Measure the action of magnetic fields?? It sounds like that was a typo for electromagnetic fields, which (considering that the PSeye cannot pick up radio, xray, gamma ray, microwave etc) means light. If you're going to try to sound technical, do it right

They are talking about the controller sensors: the Sony Move wands have geomagnetic sensor chips, just like the ones used in many mobile phones and GPS navigators today. It gives an absolute bearing relative to magnetic north and a tilt angle, helping to re-calibrate the gyroscope rotation data.

If you want to be pedantic, do it right ;)

Edit: darn, RockMan beat me to it!

I'm glad somebody else knows what they are talking about..

It really pisses me off when people just flame other people and pretend to know about technology when they just mumble some buzz words like "electromagnetic"

Also, big diff between WM+ and Move is the fact that Move uses a camera and can produce an  XYZ position (probably),

yea the wii mote can do it too, but only when its facing the infrared bar, if you move the controller in other orientations it loses its tracking.
