Simple Query: How rampant are hackers/cheaters on PSN?

There is virtually no hacking on Ps3. The PSN is the most secure way to play if you want to play with fair people.
There is only people abusing in-game glitches and bugs.
There is also people that use 3rd party mouse+keyboard that simulates a dualshock to get more precision.
