Gamestop selling a $99 bundled arcade?

Gamestop haslisted  "Bundle - Arcade Banjo/Viva Pinata" for $99 for pre-order. I wonder if that comes with an arcade unit, because I think both of those games are $30 new. This is either a mistake or the greatest deal ever.
