Uncharted 2 doesn't need an install. Its actualy one of the few games you could actualy play.

I voted ratarded, since you wouldn't be able to play more than half the games. 

It constantly writes, reads and deletes data on the HDD while you're playing. It's technically not an install but you can't play the game without having 1GB free. Still a much better method that sucking 3-5GB's of the user's HDD.
