-DLC
-Regenerating Health
-Carrying a limited number of guns
-RPGs with simple mechanics
-Leveling in games which are not RPGs
-Shitty UIs and poor settings in PC games
-Poor control schemes in console games
-Gray/Brown worlds, I consider games with those to have very shitty graphics, no matter the polygons
- $60 games
-Slow FPS games which also have poor tactical elements
-Simple Strategy games, especially if tun based
-Cut-scenes longer than a total of 30 minutes. Games are not movies, and I have yet to see a game that doesn't blow that has more than 30 mins of cut-scenes. 60-min allowed for games that have over 30+ hours of pure gameplay.
-FPS games with too few guns, or guns which are basically the same just with some tweaked properties.
-Buggy games, this was a feature of only PC games, and now it hopped on the HD systems as well.
-Lack of modding tools and SDKs, this goes together with DLC, absolutely no excuse for not having this with any game.
-Shooters on consoles leading to dumbed down shooters on the PC
-Platformers, sports, and party games on PC
There is more, but a lot of things I hate have started this generation, though a bunch are from many many years ago. There is also more that I can't just think about.
