Illusion of Gaia! YES! I didn't know about it being part of a trilogy, and I've never played Terranigma -.- Zelda 1 for me is now no-sword runs. I may have overplayed Zelda 1, I actually don't have too much desire to play it. I never got too much into Metroid 1. I mean, I beat it once or twice, but it's a pretty short game so that's not saying too much. Maybe I should give it another shot =) Hooking up the PS3 controller to my PC was the best idea I had for all of this. I used to think "well, who cares, they're just old games" but it feels soooo much better. I was playing Battletoads a couple of days ago, the motorbike part, with WASD and it didn't go so well. I plug in the controller. BAM, one try, made it through the whole thing. It really makes a huge difference. Okay, back to Parasite Eve =) |
Yeah, I remember, and still have, my old Illusion of Gaia t-shirt. And Terranigma, well... that's one of those annoying games that came out in the UK, but not the US. I bought the Japanese version since it was considerably cheaper, and, if Soul Blazer (err, sorry... Blader) was any indication, everything would be kana. It's still backlogged, though... -_-
Zelda 1 for me is a weird case. My latest playthrough on it was a min-heart run with green armor. I would only pick up the heart containers that were forced to be walked over enroute to the Triforce. I recall not finishing it, though... I should see where I left off. I recall considering a no-sword run, but I'll PM you about that, so as to not draw this off-topic.
Oh, and at the bold? You. Suck. :P I hated that part!
