I shall check some of those out, for now I'm busy with:
Are we There Yet? (great little puzzle collection game)
Space Quest 3
Xenogears
Saga Frontier
Parasite Eve
Vagrant Story
Civilization 1
Misc. NES games.
Maybe PS1 isn't so "retro" but I've been craving those games for a while. I shall take look at some of those you'd all mentioned later =)

Great list there! I've played mostly all of them. Theme Hospital, Indy 4500, and Yoda Stories and 4D Stunts are the only ones I haven't played.
