If you make sure you take a mutivitamin with 18mg of Iron daily you should be set unless your doctor has you taking something else.

Men only need 8mg of iron daily.

i know, it doesnt help that i dont currently eat any red meat.. but im working on it, because i want to give blood. i think i need a good steak pie, but i've not eaten beef since about 2003.. :/
