Alan Wake could be the 360's heavy Rain.
A game that sticks around for awhile because it's selling to the exsisting installbase, but I don't see it really moving hardware.
It will help stablize the 360's weekly numbers the week it releases. Which will still be helpful, because there isn't much being released between now and then. So a stablizing game at best, but that's still good.
