Got my 60 GB PS3 used on Ebay in Dec '08. Upgraded it to a 500 GB a few months later.
Cost about $350 including the shipping.
Works perfectly, with the fan only kicking in high gear late at night when its been on awhile. Either that or I notice it more since all else is quite. Plus, this baby gets played at least 6-7 hrs a day between me and the kids and movies (it's the only thing I have in my living room for entertainment besides the cable).
