Eh, had WKC not only been released this year, I'd say pretty high. SCEA generally localizes Level 5's games in a decent amount of time (~4 months for Dark Cloud), except when they have to wait on some form of Director's Cut because Level 5 fucked up the game the first go round (Rogue Galaxy, White Knight). It's unlikely they'll need to do a Director's Cut for WKC2, given most of the big issues were solved with WKC:IE (voice chat, etc.), so they could probably have it out for the holidays if they wanted to. But given WKC only came out in February, I'd say early 2011 is more likely for the sequel.
And who knows, maybe they will do another International Edition. It's like free money in Japan, given the number of people that'll rebuy the game.
