Is the nex Half Life going to be 360PC exclusive

most likely PC/360 again, this is like hoping for insomniac to make a 360 game chances = slim to none.

BTW wtf is a PC/360 exclusive? so if a game is release to Wii,ps3,PC and not 360 its a PC,wii,ps3 exclusive? LOL
