Manchester since The Smiths has been ridiculously prolific, some amazing stuff and music of my late teens and 20's so always special to me.    Bestr gigs ever for me, Oasis - Maine Road after Whats the Story.. was released and legendary Spike Island gig - Stone Roses.  808 State plus Happy Mondays at the Gmex was mental too!!

Listen to Mumford and Son - Little Lion Man or The Cave... good starting points.
